Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to design, implement, and support cloud and enterprise security solutions, safeguarding infrastructure, apps, and data. Work across MFA, Endpoint Security, Email Security, and DLP while collaborating with a seasoned Cybersecurity Engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information/Cyber Security or related field; Government Suitability may be required.
• Experience in cloud security and knowledge of MFA, DLP, Email Security and Endpoint Security.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage security solutions for cloud environments.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts in the cloud.
• Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans of cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation for cloud security.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure comprehensive security measures are in place.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with security trends, threats, and technologies related to cloud security.
• Provide operational engineering support for MFA, Endpoint Security, Email Security and DLP as needed.
