Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Sr. Security Sales Specialist to drive revenue with Large Enterprise customers, evangelizing our Security Strategy and aligning with clients' security programs.

You will meet with CISO-level resources to shape security solutions for AI workloads and complex projects. This role requires 10+ years in security sales or IT, CISSP or CORE certifications, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in Security Sales and/or IT with 10+ years of relevant duties.
• Must hold industry certifications such as CISSP, CORE.
• Strong background in Managed Security, Outsourced SOC and Threat Intelligence.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and possessing a valid driver's license may be required.
• Experience in strategic, technical, and business communications for application sales.
• Must have strong communication skills and closing ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive Lumen’s Security Services into Large Enterprise Customers.
• Establish vision and strategic direction with cross-functional teams and implement plans and initiatives.
• Maintain collaborative relationships across departments to coordinate tactics.
• Develop and manage relationships with customers to expand revenue.
• Cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall spend.
• Continue to deepen knowledge of security technologies and Lumen’s product suite.
