Elastic is seeking a Principal Security Specialization to lead the global services practice, shaping strategy and execution across security, observability, and search. You will drive offerings, advocate for best practices, and align with the product roadmap.

You will partner with Product and Engineering, lead Architecture Review Board discussions, and guide senior-level promotion decisions, ensuring scalable, ethical security solutions and customer value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional services, consulting, or related field.
• Deep expertise in security technologies, frameworks, and applications.
• Proven ability to define and execute a global strategy for security adoption.
• Strong leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of security tools, scripting, and related technologies.
• Experience defining timelines, resources, and delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Deep technical expertise in system architecture, including Elasticsearch and Elastic Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop clear, value-driven security service offerings meeting customer needs and market demand.
• Identify high-value security use cases for different industries and create implementation frameworks.
• Build, automate, and streamline processes for developing and deploying security solutions.
• Drive scalable security solutions to ensure measurable business outcomes while supporting sales and delivery of complex engagements.
• Act as the primary liaison for security-related endeavors, ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders.
• Monitor and ensure high-quality security engagements across projects.
• Work with Product and Engineering to relay field feedback and drive co-innovation for customer value.
