Job summary

CBX Solutions is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Richmond, VA to translate client needs into product requirements for Advantech offerings in Electronic Security Solutions, including Integrated Solutions, Intrusion Detection, Video Surveillance, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and Emergency Communications.

The role requires a minimum of 5+ years in systems technology sales, a High School Diploma, and a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5+ years in systems technology sales.
• Current and valid US driver's license.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling and assigned accounts/territory.
• Conduct onsite or online presentations to prospects that showcase the services and products.
• Work with management and marketing to develop proposals, quotes and respond to public solicitations.
• Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage prospect expectations.
• Manage IT proposals, contracts, and service level agreements.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings.
• Provide guidance and team lead activities with other Account Managers.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ensure opportunities comply with policy.
