Job summary

Accenture Security seeks a seasoned Security Solution Architect to shape end-to-end cybersecurity solutions for clients. You will translate business needs into security services, lead deals, and collaborate with SMEs across consulting, delivery and pricing. Role requires extensive cyber domain experience and senior stakeholder interaction.

The position involves travel 0–100% depending on client requirements and business needs; strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of IT experience (cybersecurity, infrastructure engineering, software development) with at least 7 years in a Cybersecurity domain.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in delivery or solution architecture of one or more cybersecurity capability domains.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); if an Associate’s degree, minimum 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads solution development with in-depth analysis of variable factors.
• Apply critical thinking to solve unique scenarios with no predefined solution.
• Own deal pursuits: methods, procedures, and execution.
• Collaborate with SMEs across consulting, delivery, pricing and proposal responses.
• Lead large, complex deal shaping activities with client workshops and due diligence.
• Exhibit excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Engage senior leadership in stakeholder management and aligned approaches.
• Translate business problems and processes into service and process requirements.
