Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Minnesota. The role supervises a shift, coordinates delivery of quality services, and liaises with site leadership and security staff. Strong communication, report writing, and crisis-management skills are required.

Minimum 1+ year security or related experience; high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience. Must have a valid driver's license and pass background/drug tests where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of security experience or prior law enforcement or military experience.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; professional at all levels.
• Must be able to prepare written reports/logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driving positions require a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Background investigations and post-offer drug/alcohol testing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within an empowerment range.
