Allied Universal Technology Services is seeking a Senior Service Technician to perform service, maintenance, and repairs on access control and IP-based video systems. You will travel to commercial client sites, troubleshoot installations, and ensure operability while upholding AUTS core values.

The role requires 5+ years of field experience, knowledge of security hardware/software suites, and IT/network understanding. On-call duties and teamwork are essential components of this position.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of field service experience in security systems.
• Experience with listed access control and video systems preferred.
• Licenses as required by state or ability to obtain.
• Understanding Windows OS and IT networks.

Responsabilités

• Service, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot access control equipment and IP video systems.
• Travel to commercial client sites to service and diagnose systems.
• Document issues and resolutions for tracking.
• Provide on-call remote support and field assistance as needed.
