Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Senior Security Manager for the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia. You will direct contracted security staff, oversee the Command Station and CCTV, and ensure safety for attendees, staff, and vendors during diverse events.

You will supervise incident investigations, enforce building codes and safety procedures, and coordinate with public safety agencies as needed. Flexibility for holidays and evenings is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years in public safety with increasing levels of responsibility.
• 2 years of management experience with ability to coach and mentor staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate security staff and incidents effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the security command station, CCTV, and incident reporting systems.
• Conduct incident investigations and determine appropriate actions, including police involvement when needed.
• Monitor and enforce safety rules and regulations across PCC property and events.
• Assist in emergency response planning and serve as interim Emergency Response Leader when needed.
• Coordinate with security staff during events, Move-In/Move-Out, and crowd management to ensure safety.
• Maintain documentation and logs, including photos and incident reports.
