Legends Global is seeking a Security Manager to supervise contracted security staff at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia. You will direct daily operations, enforce safety policies, manage incident reporting, and coordinate with Show Security during events to protect attendees, staff, and property.

The role requires strong leadership, crisis response, and communication skills, with a focus on safety, compliance with PCC/Legends policies, and collaboration with other department

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• 3 years in public safety.
• 3 years experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility and leadership in security/law enforcement.
• 2 years of management experience with the ability to coach and mentor staff.

Responsabilités

• Oversee contracted security staff operations at PCC.
• Ensure safety of employees, contractors, visitors, and vendors.
• Investigate incidents and complete daily incident reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain secure premises.
• Monitor CCTV, incident reporting systems, and fire/security systems.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures at all times.
