Job summary

Legends Global operates the security program for the Pennsylvania Convention Center, overseeing contracted staff and safety operations. The role ensures the security of visitors, contractors, vendors and employees and maintains building safety and compliance with codes and procedures.

The Security Manager collaborates with the Director of Public Safety, manages CCTV and incident systems, and leads incident response and investigations to protect people and property at PCC.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 3 years in public safety with increasing responsibility.
• 2 years of management experience coaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate contracted security staff activities.
• Monitor CCTV, incident reporting and security systems.
• Conduct incident investigations and determine necessary actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules per PCC and Legends Global policies.
• Oversee move-in/move-out access control and crowd management.
• Serve as Interim Emergency Response Leader when needed.
