Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly skilled security researcher for remote work, focused on analyzing in-the-wild exploits and improving exploit detection and mitigation capabilities. You will work with the Intelligence team to track adversaries and produce actionable intelligence.

Qualifications

• MA/MS or equivalent experience in computer science or a related field.
• Experience with vulnerability and exploit analysis is preferred.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate complex results.

Responsibilities

• Implement tracking systems for cross-team adversary tracking based on exploitation behavior.
• Improve detection capabilities for exploits and malicious payloads.
• Develop tools to automate exploit analysis tasks and extend analysis frameworks.
• Create a framework for attribution of intrusion activity based on exploits.
• Produce high-quality threat intelligence reports with actionable guidance.
• Brief diverse audiences and coordinate with CrowdStrike teams on mitigation strategies.
