Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Program Security Specialist to join its Global Security Services team in the Southwest U.S. region.

The role requires active DoD Secret clearance, DoD/NISPOM compliance expertise, and program security leadership across domestic and international programs. You will partner with program leadership, subcontractors, and government customers to implement security requirements, manage CAC/SIPR, RFV, incident investigations, and security plans throughout the lifecycle, and

Qualifications

• University degree with 5+ years in security programs or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with security compliance and program management.
• Proven ability to coordinate with DoD requirements and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead program security operations and ensure DoD/NISPOM compliance.
• Support global security strategies with government partners.
• Interpret contractual docs (SOWs/CDRLs) for security obligations.
• Manage CAC/SIPR, RFV, and training audits.
• Coordinate with program management and subcontractors on security.
• Prepare security plans for classified material across lifecycle.
