Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with project, program, and/or product management.
• Ability to manage multi-million-dollar initiatives and present ROI to senior leaders.
• Experience with physical security technology systems and basic IT networking.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills across senior audiences.
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, high-pressure environments while maintaining detail.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-million-dollar projects through delivery in support of major Technical Security initiatives across the firm; track progress towards key dates and prepare PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders.
• Support design, build, management, and configuration of video surveillance ecosystems by crafting operational playbooks and configuration guides in addition to direct configuration.
• Craft exciting, polished, and articulate PowerPoint presentations for executive leaders.
• Perform complex reporting data analysis; understand, synthesize, infer, and present results. Build dashboards and syndicate reporting to strategic stakeholders.
• Think critically and evaluate innovative technologies and use cases. Configure and perform iterative testing of large populations of security devices.
• Work with internal training partners to guide updates to job aides and operating procedures, collect and analyze metrics and prepare technical documentation.
• Support the Product Owners with compliance and audit tasks such as maintaining KPIs and providing supporting evidence of control completion.
• Engage and influence third party vendor roadmaps.
• Build strong working relationships across the global security team and other lines of business.
• Absorb details of complex technologies and rapidly understand how they can solve business problems.
