Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Senior Product Associate in Global Security Tech Security to guide initiatives across access control, alarms, and video surveillance. You will analyze complex data and synthesize program trends while enabling funding, planning, and execution with minimal guidance.

This role requires strong PM, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive ROI. You will craft playbooks, dashboards, and executive-ready reports in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with project, program, and/or product management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-million-dollar projects through delivery in support of major Technical Security initiatives; track progress and prepare executive presentations.
• Support design, build, management, and configuration of video surveillance ecosystems with playbooks and guides.
• Craft polished PowerPoint presentations for executive leaders.
• Perform complex data analysis; build dashboards and report to strategic stakeholders.
• Configure and test security devices and review results to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with training to update job aids and procedures; analyze metrics and document findings.
• Assist Product Owners with compliance and audit tasks and KPI tracking.
• Engage with third party vendor roadmaps and provide input.

Job Description

The Global Security Technical Security team consists of a dynamic group of security professionals who support the physical security of our retail and corporate environments through access control, alarm monitoring, and video surveillance technologies. The high-energy Senior Product Associate role is a position of trust that will guide one or more products in this set of strategic security technologies.

As a Senior Product Associate within Global Security Technical Security, you will use innovative and emerging technologies to solve complex problems and support launching multi-million-dollar multi-year initiatives while clearly articulating benefits and ROI. This will include hands‑on direct configuration of hardware and software ecosystems or analysis of complex reports and datasets to synthesize program trends in environments with little guidance. This role requires strong, independent program management and presentation skills that include vendor and stakeholder engagement while navigating through tollgates of ideation, funding, planning, and execution.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage multi-million-dollar projects through delivery in support of major Technical Security initiatives across the firm; track progress towards key dates and prepare PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders.
• Support design, build, management, and configuration of video surveillance ecosystems by crafting operational playbooks and configuration guides in addition to direct configuration.
• Craft exciting, polished, and articulate PowerPoint presentations for executive leaders.
• Perform complex reporting data analysis; understand, synthesize, infer, and present results. Build dashboards and syndicate reporting to strategic stakeholders.
• Think critically and evaluate innovative technologies and use cases. Configure and perform iterative testing of large populations of security devices.
• Work with internal training partners to guide updates to job aides and operating procedures, collect and analyze metrics and prepare technical documentation.
• Support the Product Owners with compliance and audit tasks such as maintaining KPIs and providing supporting evidence of control completion.
• Engage and influence third party vendor roadmaps.
• Build strong working relationships across the global security team and other lines of business.
• Absorb details of complex technologies and rapidly understand how they can solve business problems.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• 4+ years of experience with project, program, and/or product management
• The technical aptitude to multi-task and learn new software, hardware, and processes quickly and simultaneously; a willingness to progress/flex/expand responsibilities; a high standard of integrity and dependability working autonomously in ambiguous high‑pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail
• Industry knowledge of physical security technology systems (Video Systems, Access Control, Intrusion Detection), and basic IT networking and infrastructure design
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and oral. Able to confidently synthesize and present complex data, tailoring the message to senior audiences
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members, internal stakeholders across multiple Lines of Business, and external vendors
• Initiative‑taker who is intellectually curious, able to autonomously work with minimal direction, critically think, make sound decisions, and follow up with questions.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• Experience with Technical Security program and/or product management
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or technology
• Strong proficiency with SQL or other similar database tools and script/query languages
• Experience implementing physical, technical, and administrative controls
• Basic knowledge of agile methodologies of software development
