Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Program Lead to drive enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives and regulatory-aligned programmes. You will partner with Cybersecurity, IT, and business leaders to deliver complex, cross-functional projects that strengthen risk posture and enable secure scale.

This senior IC role sits in the Office of the CISO Transformation Office, reporting to the Transformation Director.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex programmes end-to-end.
• Strong governance, dependency management, and execution discipline.
• Experience producing executive-level reporting and governance updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex cybersecurity programmes across multiple workstreams with alignment to enterprise priorities.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Drive recovery plans for at-risk initiatives with clear timelines and leadership visibility.
• Maintain discipline for predictable, high-quality delivery.
