Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Operations Manager in the Security and Alarm system industry to oversee daily operations, manage resources, and drive project execution with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

You will lead and develop teams, manage projects from planning through completion within schedules and budgets, prepare estimates, and handle change orders to support revenue growth across local client sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of installation experience with fire alarm, CCTV, and access control.
• Experience in Security, Fire Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control Systems.
• Knowledge of applicable local, state and federal codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring financial accountability and efficient resource management.
• Manage projects from planning through execution within budgets and schedules.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams through recruiting, training, coaching.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through site visits and effective communication.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and installation standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments and travel to client/branch locations as needed.
