Job summary

K&L Gates is seeking a Senior Manager, Security Operations to lead cyber security, forensics, and incident response across on-prem and cloud environments. You will implement monitoring, response systems, and a comprehensive security strategy aligned with business needs and compliance.

You will guide threat detection, SIEM tuning, and incident reporting while coordinating with IT leadership and legal/compliance teams to safeguard data and support continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Expertise in DevSecOps and security automation.
• Experience leading remote security teams and programs.
• Proficiency with multi-cloud security architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Oversee cyber security, forensics, incident response, and physical security operations.
• Implement monitoring tech, incident response systems, and security strategy.
• Coordinate incident response, containment, and forensic analysis when needed.
• Lead training on IDS/IPS, SIEM, and log analysis for the team.
• Develop business continuity/disaster recovery plans and tests.
