KBR is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Lead to join our team. The role combines hands-on security expertise with strong communication and documentation skills to drive incident detection, response, and collaboration across IT and cloud environments.

You will manage a responders team, triage incidents, log actions, and contribute to playbooks and improvements, while ensuring compliance with DoD directives and daily CTOs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information security, computer science, or equivalent.
• 2–5+ years of cybersecurity, SOC, incident response, or security operations experience.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, cloud platforms, and enterprise networking.

Responsabilidades

• Incident Detection & Response: monitor, log, and track directives and incidents.
• Incident Documentation: maintain detailed records and reports.
• Collaboration: coordinate with IT ops, service desk, infra, network, and cloud teams.
• Continuous Improvement: develop playbooks and improve detection and response workflows.
