Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a Senior Security Operations Analyst III to join the SOC team. You will lead investigations, enhance threat detection, and mentor analysts, strengthening CLEAR’s security posture across on-prem and cloud environments.

You’ll apply MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001 concepts, collaborating with engineering and security teams to drive timely remediation and scalable processes. This role includes on-call responsibilities and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, 5+ years in security operations or IR.
• Experience applying MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, or ISO 27001 to detect adversary behavior.
• Strong data analytics and decision-making in high-pressure incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex investigations across networks, endpoints, data centers, and cloud.
• Develop and tune threat detection logic across SIEM/EDR.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Infrastructure to drive remediation.
• Apply threat intelligence and automation to improve detection workflows.
• Mentor junior analysts and help establish playbooks and standards.
• Evaluate detection coverage against evolving threats and frameworks.
