Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a Senior Security Operations Analyst III to join our SOC team. You will lead investigations across networks, endpoints, data centers and cloud, develop detection logic, and mentor analysts while helping strengthen CLEAR's security posture.

You’ll apply threat intel and AI-driven tools to improve detection workflows and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive timely remediation. A strong emphasis on MITRE ATT&CK and industry frameworks guides day-to-day work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• 5+ years in security operations, threat detection or incident response.
• Proficiency with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, or ISO 27001.
• Ability to apply data, automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Mentor other analysts and build scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex investigations of security events across networks, endpoints, data centers, cloud environments, and other critical systems; drive incidents from analysis to remediation.
• Develop, tune, and optimize threat detection logic across SIEM, EDR, and other platforms; reduce false positives.
• Partner with Engineering and Infrastructure to investigate threats and drive remediation and improvements to security posture.
• Apply threat intelligence, automation, and AI-enabled tools to identify patterns and accelerate investigations.
• Serve as SME and escalation point; mentor junior analysts and establish playbooks and standards.
