The position emphasizes compliance with federal, state, and local laws, strong leadership, budgeting, and strategic communication with clients and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years in security operations management with at least ten years overseeing armed guard service or security operations.
• U.S. citizenship and, if required, top secret clearance with polygraph.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CPP or PSP certifications preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations for sites within the assigned region.
• Ensure armed guards are deployed, trained, and scheduled to meet client requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing security needs and concerns.
• Lead and mentor staff in recruitment, onboarding, and training of armed guards in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard personnel and assets.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor billing, invoicing, and payroll for accounts.
• Support business development efforts including client renewals and new account acquisitions.
