Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in security operations management with 10+ years overseeing armed guard services.
• Bachelor's degree in security management, business administration, criminal justice, or related field.
• U.S. citizenship and Top Secret clearance with polygraph; CPP/PSP preferred.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations across the region.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage relationships.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of armed guards.
• Ensure compliance with laws and risk management; maintain documentation.
• Manage budgets, billing, and payroll for accounts.
