Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, or related field preferred; experience may substitute for education.
• Must be 21+ and a U.S. citizen.
• Current Top Secret security clearance with poly required.
• 7+ years security or law enforcement experience; 5+ in training/leadership.
• Firearms instructor certification and defensive tactics training certificates required.
• Able to obtain armed security guard license and firearm permits as regs require.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training and instructional leadership of Vendor Personnel.
• Develop and manage training programs; review training records electronically.
• Coordinate, deliver and evaluate Vendor Personnel training; adjust as needed.
• Monitor compliance with laws and contract policies; prepare reports.
• Conduct and facilitate training sessions; provide progress updates.
• Develop methods to measure training effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
