TPG Staffing LLC is seeking a Senior Security Master & Pricing Specialist for an onsite role in Edison, NJ. You will manage security master data creation, maintenance, and review within portfolio accounting and wealth management systems, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of data issues.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with investment securities, fixed income, and pricing data, and can collaborate across multiple teams while maintaining high data quality and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of financial services experience.
• Strong understanding of investment securities and security master data.
• Experience with fixed income securities (MBS/ABS desirable).
• Experience with portfolio accounting or investment management systems.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg, ICE 360View, custodians, and market data providers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up new securities within portfolio accounting and wealth management systems.
• Review and maintain existing security master records for accuracy.
• Research and resolve security master data transaction issues.
• Review custodian data and identify securities needing updates.
• Respond to internal requests for new security setups and changes.
• Research security attributes and validate information before establishing securities.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve security-related issues.
• Maintain security data per procedures and controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve security master procedures.
• Analyze daily price exception reports to ensure accurate vendor pricing.
• Research and validate pricing outliers and discrepancies.
• Review daily performance feeds for pricing and security issues.
• Coordinate with pricing vendors, custodians, and internal teams to resolve data issues.
