Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Knowledge Manager to support government and defense programs in classified environments. You will develop and maintain knowledge management processes, organize repositories, and ensure information is accessible to authorized users.

Responsibilities include governance, data integrity, and collaboration across leadership, engineering, and government stakeholders, with a focus on secure information sharing and operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Experience with knowledge management, records management, and information-sharing in gov/defense environments.
• Experience using collaboration/content management tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Confluence, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain knowledge management processes and collaboration strategies.
• Manage knowledge repositories, document libraries, and information-sharing platforms in classified environments.
• Organize, catalog, and maintain operational docs, lessons learned, and program records.
• Support information governance, records management, and data organization per requirements.
• Coordinate with leadership and stakeholders to enable information sharing and collaboration.
• Create reports, dashboards, briefs, and process docs for operations and decisions.
• Analyze workflows and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide training and user guidance for collaboration tools and knowledge-sharing processes.
• Ensure cybersecurity, classification handling, and data protection compliance.
