Twilio is seeking a Senior Security Engineer, Incident Response. You will lead the technical response to security events across Twilio's global infrastructure, partnering with R&D to develop scalable processes and automation.

You will help grow a global, skilled security team, create runbooks, and drive improvements while mentoring colleagues and ensuring reliability and safety across services.

Formación

• 5+ years of security incident response in production-cloud environments.
• Subject-matter expert on security issues and cloud technologies.
• Ability to utilize AI for comprehensive, high-fidelity detections.
• Advanced knowledge of service-oriented architectures and cloud tools.
• Experience with a broad technology stack and security initiatives.
• Experience with SIEM platforms and extending functionality.
• Experience with SOAR tools and automating security processes.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or other large cloud platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support response to security events across Twilio's global infra.
• Document incidents and projects; craft runbooks and SOPs.
• Work across teams to solve challenges involving threat actors.
• Drive improvements from security incidents and events.
• Rapidly acquire new technical skills in a fast-moving industry.
• Own the security incident lifecycle; participate in RCAs and on-call.
