ServiceNow seeks a Solution Consultant to partner with Sales and help enterprise customers address complex security, identity, access, and risk challenges. You will lead discovery, design, demos, POVs, and POV engagements, connecting technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes while engaging with security, IT, risk, and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

5+ years in Solution Consulting or related role.
5+ years of customer-facing technical, pre-sales, or support experience.
Experience supporting complex cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise platform sales.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, identity and access, governance and risk.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, design, and customer validation.
Deliver compelling demos, both virtual and in person.
Deploy and support POVs and POCs.
Translate capabilities into business outcomes.
Advise during evaluations, competitive situations, and executive discussions.
Develop customer-facing documentation and solution narratives.
Lead technical training sessions based on customer use cases.
Support marketing events, conferences, webinars, and speaking engagements.
Collaborate with Product, Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams to share insights.
