Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solutions Consultant to partner with Sales and help enterprise customers address complex security, identity, access, asset visibility, exposure management, and risk challenges.

You will serve as a trusted technical and business advisor, leading discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, POV engagements, and customer validation activities across security, identity, infrastructure, IT, risk, and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting or related technical pre-sales role.
• Experience supporting complex cybersecurity or enterprise platform sales with enterprise customers.
• Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and customer validation with Sales.
• Deliver compelling demos (virtual and in-person).
• Deploy proof-of-value engagements and POVs.
• Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
• Develop customer-facing documentation and solution narratives.
• Lead technical training sessions and collaborate across teams.
• Travel 25-50% as needed.
