Job summary

Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking an experienced Security/Technology Consultant to lead design and execution of electronic security, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems for complex projects. You will merge technical design leadership with project management and client engagement while mentoring others.

The role requires strong Revit skills, effective communication, and the ability to develop construction documents, basis of design reports, and specifications for successful

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology/security design and project execution.
• Strong background in project management.
• Experience with electronic security systems design.
• Strong telecommunications and audiovisual design experience.
• Extensive experience using Revit.
• Excellent technical competency and communication skills.
• PSP certification required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and consulting of electronic security systems for new construction and renovation projects.
• Provide technology systems design consultation across ICT, telecommunications, and audiovisual disciplines.
• Manage projects and coordinate with internal teams and external subject matter experts.
• Develop construction documents, basis of design reports, and construction specifications.
• Lead technology projects from concept through delivery.
• Mentor designers and support their development in security, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems design.
• Contribute to quality control, process refinement, and design standards.
• Support client interactions and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
