Job summary

Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, seeks an experienced Security/Technology Consultant to lead the design and execution of electronic security, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems for complex projects in the Sacramento area. You will own technical design leadership, project management, client engagement, and mentorship throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings strong Revit skills, excellent communication, and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology/security design and project execution.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.
• Experience with electronic security systems design.
• PSP certification required.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of electronic security, telecom, and audiovisual systems.
• Manage projects and coordinate with internal teams and SMEs.
• Develop construction documents, basis of design reports, and specs.
• Mentor designers and promote professional growth.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to design standards.
• Maintain proactive client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
