Job summary

Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, seeks a Security/Technology Consultant to lead design and execution of electronic security, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems for complex projects. You will driver technical design leadership, project management, client engagement, and mentoring across a range of ICT and AV disciplines.

The ideal candidate brings strong Revit skills, excellent communication, and a growth mindset, with the ability to develop construction documents, basis of design reports,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology/security design and project execution.
• Strong background in project management.
• Experience with electronic security systems design.
• Strong telecommunications and audiovisual design experience.
• Extensive experience using Revit.
• Excellent technical competency and communication skills.
• PSP certification required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States full‑time; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and consulting of electronic security systems for new construction and renovation projects.
• Provide technology systems design consultation across ICT, telecommunications, and audiovisual disciplines.
• Manage projects and coordinate with internal teams and external subject matter experts.
• Develop construction documents, basis of design reports, and construction specifications.
• Lead technology projects from concept through delivery.
• Mentor designers and support their development in security, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems design.
• Contribute to quality control, process refinement, and design standards.
• Support client interactions and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
