Job summary

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Senior Manager of Security Engineering to lead strategy, execution, and operational excellence across security engineering functions. You will partner with Product, Engineering, IT, Risk, and Architecture to deliver enterprise security outcomes while scaling securely and enabling business growth.

The role emphasizes organizational leadership, development of leaders, and cross-functional collaboration to establish long-term technical direction and roadmaps.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational leadership for one or more Security Engineering teams through managers and individual contributors.
• Define multi-year security roadmaps aligned to enterprise objectives, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee design, implementation, and operation of enterprise security platforms (identity, cloud, app, data protection, security operations).
• Drive engineering-driven security, automation, and cost-effective controls at scale.
• Engage with executives and stakeholders to communicate strategy, risk, and investment needs.
