Arctic Wolf is redefining cybersecurity through its Endpoint Platform, a cloud-native, AI-enabled security solution. We’re seeking a Vice President, Endpoint Platform Engineering to lead the vision, architecture, execution, and operational excellence of the platform.

You will oversee a globally distributed engineering organization of more than 150 engineers, managers, and technical leaders across North America and India, driving AI innovation, platform scalability, and customer value while

Qualifications

• 20+ years in software engineering with 10+ years in executive leadership.
• Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams of 150+.
• Deep expertise in endpoint security, EDR/XDR, cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, microservices.
• Experience embedding AI/ML and Generative AI into enterprise software products.
• Proven success scaling engineering organizations through rapid growth.
• Executive communication with Boards, C-suite executives, customers, investors.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term engineering strategy and technology roadmap for the Endpoint Platform.
• Lead global software, platform, quality, and site reliability engineering teams.
• Drive innovation across EDR, XDR, endpoint telemetry, behavioral analytics, identity protection, and AI-assisted security.
• Partner with Product Management, Threat Research, AI Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, and Customer Success.
• Build scalable cloud-native services capable of processing massive volumes of endpoint telemetry.
• Establish world-class engineering practices including DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, secure SDLC, and engineering metrics.
• Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional engineering leaders while building a culture of accountability, innovation, and inclusion.
