Job summary

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Senior Manager, Security Engineering to lead strategy, execution, and operational excellence across one or more security engineering domains. You will partner with Product, Engineering, IT, and Risk to deliver enterprise security outcomes, build leaders, and drive scalable security programs.

The role emphasizes organizational leadership, governance, and automation, with a focus on reducing risk and enabling business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience designing, building, and operating production systems at scale.
• Prior experience in Security Engineering or closely related engineering disciplines.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex technical initiatives.
• Strong experience with coding, system integration, and automation.
• Experience evaluating and implementing enterprise security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more Security Engineering teams through managers, team leads, and individual contributors, establishing vision and accountability.
• Define multi-year roadmaps aligned to enterprise security objectives and business priorities.
• Oversee design, implementation, and operation of enterprise security platforms (identity, cloud, application, data protection, security operations).
• Provide governance for system architecture, platform integrations, and security design standards.
• Drive automation and platform-based security controls to reduce manual effort and improve outcomes.
• Direct large-scale cross-functional programs with stakeholders and external vendors.
• Communicate strategy, risk, and investment needs to senior leadership.
