The Senior Manager, Security Engineering is responsible for the strategy, execution, and operational excellence of one or more Security Engineering functions. This leader develops organizational capabilities that enable Arctic Wolf to scale securely while supporting business growth, platform innovation, and operational efficiency.
The role provides leadership across multiple security engineering domains such as Identity and Access Management, Security Systems Engineering, Cloud Security, Application Security, Platform Security, or other related functions. The Senior Manager establishes long‑term technical direction, develops leaders and engineers, and partners closely with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, IT, Architecture, and Risk stakeholders to deliver enterprise security outcomes.
The successful candidate combines strong technical credibility with organizational leadership, using engineering‑driven solutions to reduce risk, improve operational effectiveness, and enable business objectives.
The Senior Manager is accountable for organizational outcomes rather than individual project execution. Success is measured through team performance, operational maturity, strategic roadmap delivery, talent development, risk reduction, stakeholder satisfaction, and the long‑term scalability of the security engineering function.
