You will oversee the alignment between Security Services and Product/R&D, ensuring that strategic priorities drive operational excellence while managing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in security operations and a passion for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least five years of security consulting or security operations experience.
• Five or more years of experience leading Security Operations.
• Experience managing Detection and Response teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and performance of the Technical Lead organization.
• Act as liaison between Security Services and Product/R&D.
• Define and track KPIs tied to customer outcomes.
