• 7–10 years demonstrated success in leading cross-functional security initiatives in complex environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, SIEM tools, and encryption methods.

About the RoleTotal Wine & More is seeking a Senior Manager, Security Engineering, to join our Technology team in Bethesda, MD. In this role, you will lead the strategy, enhancement, and execution of our security engineering programs, tools, and operations. You will manage a team of security professionals dedicated to safeguarding the organization's critical assets, data, and systems from evolving cyber threats. The Senior Manager, Security Engineering, is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and overseeing the daily operation of security technologies, while partnering closely with security leadership to address issues, prioritize risks, and respond to emerging concerns. You will also drive the development of security policies, risk management practices, and technical solutions, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and meet compliance requirements.
