Job summary

enGen is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join the Enterprise Application Security team and embed security into the software development lifecycle. You will drive shift-left practices, build security into CI/CD pipelines, and lead AI-enabled security initiatives at enterprise scale in a leading health and insurance organization.

The role focuses on preventing vulnerabilities, integrating security guidance with engineering teams, and enabling secure-by-default development across platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related field
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or Information Security (preferred)
• Licenses/certifications such as CISSP or AI Security certifications (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to define requirements, deliverables and timelines.
• Implement and monitor security systems across ISRM Infrastructure.
• Develop and deliver technical security training and mentoring.
• Ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Assist with security posture briefings to engineering and security leadership.
