Qualifications

• Experience designing and enforcing secure SDLC practices.
• Ability to build security guardrails across CI/CD pipelines and IDEs.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability management and risk reduction strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enable secure development practices across the enterprise.
• Define and enforce security requirements, governance, and policies for AI-enabled development.
• Triage and prioritize vulnerabilities using exploitability signals and metrics.
• Develop and optimize security tooling and automation to reduce manual work.
• Deliver security training and guidance to engineering teams.
