Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Engineer for Field Innovation to advance AI-powered security capabilities across cloud resources and AI/ML workloads.

You will lead threat modeling, conduct vulnerability assessments with security agents, and guide remediation while collaborating with field and partner teams. In this role, you will shape detection coverage, drive best practices, and contribute to service roadmaps.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in troubleshooting systems issues, logs, or automation using CLI.
• 5+ years identifying security risks and developing mitigations.
• 5+ years scripting, programming, and security code review.
• Knowledge of at least two languages from Scala, Java, Python, C/C++, Go.
• Experience identifying vulnerabilities, attack patterns, and remediation.
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead in engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Run early-access and gated previews of AI-powered security capabilities with customers.
• Shape detection coverage and influence service roadmaps from field insights.
• Drive detection engineering best practices and false-positive reduction.
