Amazon is hiring a Senior Security Engineer to work across customer-facing and partner engagements, building security capabilities powered by AI. You will design and ship detection content, reduce false positives, and expand coverage across cloud resources, runtime, and AI/ML workloads.

You will collaborate with science, engineering, and field teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions for Fortune 500 customers and evolve AWS security offerings such as GuardDuty, Security Hub, and Continuum.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of scripting, programming, and security code review experience (non-internship).
• 3+ years troubleshooting systems issues, analyzing logs, or automating tasks using command line tools (non-internship).
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or 3+ years IT security experience.

Responsabilidades

• Run early-access and gated previews of AI-powered capabilities with customers, including threat modeling and vulnerability assessment.
• Shape detection coverage and influence service roadmaps from customer feedback.
• Drive detection engineering best practices, including false-positive reduction and coverage measurement.
• Stay current with evolving cloud security and threats targeting AI/ML workloads.
• Collaborate across science, engineering, partner, and field teams to support global customers.
