Alkami Technology, Inc. is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to design, implement, and evolve enterprise security solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will partner with engineering, security, and operations teams to mature security platforms and enable secure innovation. Ideal candidates have 6–10 years in security engineering, strong knowledge of endpoint security, vulnerability management, identity security, and cloud security across AWS, plus automation, scripting, and IaC

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in security engineering or related field.
• Advanced enterprise security engineering and platform architecture expertise.
• Cloud security engineering across AWS and modern infrastructure.
• Security automation, orchestration, scripting, and systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise security platforms across the organization.
• Architect and optimize security infrastructure including endpoint security, secrets management, vulnerability management, identity security.
• Lead complex security initiatives and coordinate implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Embed security controls into enterprise architecture with various engineering teams.
• Develop security metrics and operational reporting for platform health and program maturity.
• Mentor security engineers and collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams.
