Delaware Department of Technology & Information (DTI) seeks a Senior Security Engineer to deliver security engineering support for cloud environments, applications, and identity services. You will collaborate with infrastructure, development, and vendor teams to design, implement, and maintain security controls that meet DTI policies.

Responsibilities include cloud security platforms, IAM management (SSO, MFA, SCIM), application security testing, threat modeling, and integration of security into

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in enterprise IT with cybersecurity, infrastructure engineering, or software development.
• Minimum 3 years in cloud security and/or application security with hands-on experience.
• Experience implementing security controls in major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Experience identifying and remediating vulnerabilities through testing or threat modeling.
• Experience automating security controls via scripting or IaC.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and troubleshoot security controls for cloud environments, applications, and identity services.
• Manage cloud IAM, SSO, MFA, and application integrations.
• Perform secure code reviews, vulnerability remediation, and security testing.
• Conduct secure architecture reviews and threat modeling.
• Integrate security controls into development and deployment pipelines and automate where possible.
