Job summary

Providence is seeking a Senior Security Engineer, Identity & Access Management, to design, implement, and operate enterprise IAM across on‑prem and cloud environments. You will drive modernization toward Zero Trust, automate identity workflows, and strengthen access governance while aligning with compliance needs.

You will partner with infrastructure, application, and security teams to secure identities, monitor threats, and evaluate new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering.
• 5 years related experience; 5-8 years preferred.
• Experience designing security controls for OS, databases, applications, and networks.
• Experience collaborating on security solution designs for TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, IPS, patch management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure IAM solutions across hybrid environments.
• Advance modernization toward Zero Trust and cloud-based identity models.
• Automate identity processes and strengthen access governance and privileged controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
