Job summary

Luxer One is seeking a senior security engineer who ownership of the security program across cloud, IoT firmware, and AI systems. This role requires hands-on leadership, incident response, and collaboration with engineering to enforce secure SDLC and governance in production.

You will own AI security considerations for autonomous agents and model access, ensuring compliance with enterprise-grade standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of security experience with ownership across IT and product security.
• Founding or first security hire at a startup or growth-stage company.
• Hands-on security operations: SIEM, IR, vulnerability management, incident ownership.
• Product security: threat modeling, pen test coordination, secure SDLC.
• AI/LLM security: securing model access, auditing agent actions, guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Own the security program across cloud, IoT, and AI systems.
• Lead incident response and security tooling; manage vulnerabilities.
• Partner with engineering on secure SDLC and governance in CI/CD.
• Drive end-to-end compliance programs (ISO 27001, SOC 2) ownership.
