Qualifications

• Led security engineering programs or enterprise security technology initiatives.
• Built custom security solutions delivering measurable risk reductions.
• Strong software engineering and automation experience in security apps, integrations, or workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise security technology strategy and roadmap.
• Evaluate existing capabilities and identify improvements for coverage and resilience.
• Drive technology selection, integration, and optimization across the security ecosystem.
• Design and develop custom security solutions, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Establish build-versus-buy strategies and lead implementation when needed.
• Lead initiatives leveraging AI to enhance security operations and analytics.
• Establish and evolve security controls, governance, and operational practices for AI/agentic systems.
• Collaborate with Security Architecture, Cyber Defense, IT, and GRC teams to deliver scalable capabilities.
• Translate complex concepts into actionable insights for leadership.
