Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for Security - Detection & Incident Response in Chicago, IL. This role leads the MSSP SOC and incident response lifecycle, guiding threat detection and remediation efforts across global incidents.

You will develop strategies, KPIs, and KRIs, and work with architecture, development, and engineering teams to address root causes and implement improvements. A strong background in incident response and forensics is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant information security experience.
• Thorough understanding of Security Operations Center, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, and enterprise digital forensics concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the MSSP Security Operations Center, ensuring timely identification, analysis, containment, and remediation of global security events and incidents.
• Develop and maintain Incident Response plans, playbooks, testing, and training for internal and external team members.
• Collaborate with architecture, development, and engineering teams to identify root causes of recurring incidents and create action plans for resolution.
• Provide recommendations to resolve and/or reduce impact of incidents and to prevent future incidents.
