Job summary

Liberty Alliance, LLC is seeking a DoW Security Control Assessor (SCA) with ISSO experience to evaluate information systems, identify security gaps, and independently develop RMF documentation to support system authorization.

The role requires hands-on cybersecurity work, including RMF artifacts and eMASS management, collaborating with ISSMs, AO representatives, and engineering teams to achieve ATO readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; professional experience considered.
• Experience as a DoW SCA with ISSO responsibilities.
• Strong RMF knowledge and NIST SP 800-53.
• Hands-on with eMASS and RMF artifacts.
• Ability to draft and finalize SSPs, SAPs, SARs, ISCPs, IRPs, CMPs, POA&Ms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute formal security assessments to verify controls.
• Develop SAPs defining scope, schedules, and boundaries.
• Review security controls, logs, configurations, and evidence for compliance.
• Draft and finalize security artifacts (SSP, SAP, SAR, ISCP, IRP, CMP, POA&Ms).
• Coordinate with engineers, ISSMs, and AO representatives to support ATO.
