Job summary

Elastic seeks a Principal Competitive Intelligence Manager to lead security-focused competitive intelligence within its Product Marketing group. You will analyze competitors’ products, pricing and strategies, craft internal battlecards, and deliver external content to clearly demonstrate Elastic’s differentiators.

You will partner with product, sales and executives to guide GTM decisions and strategic messaging.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading competitive intelligence programs.
• Ability to translate complex tech features into business value.
• Proven track record of collaborating with product, sales and executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a robust CI program for Security with actionable insights.
• Create battlecards, bulletins and training documents for internal use.
• Track competitive moves and respond to market changes promptly.
• Develop proof points and external content to highlight differentiation.
• Collaborate on Win/Loss analysis to influence product decisions.
