Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator to help drive program execution within the Intelligence Sectors, Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). The role emphasizes coordinating schedules, meeting cadences, and stakeholder engagements to ensure timely delivery on complex government programs.

You will support project financials, travel planning, and documentation using SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira, enabling secure, compliant operations across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline or equivalent; 4 more years of experience can substitute for degree (total 8 years).
• 4 years' experience coordinating program activities on large-scale programs (> $5M/year).
• Strong experience with SharePoint, Confluence and Jira.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Security Clearance – Active TS/SCI with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Master Task List (MTL), project deliverables, milestones and schedules to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Documents meeting minutes, assigns action items and monitors completion across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinates weekly status updates, technical briefs and TEMs with government customers, vendors and internal teams.
• Assists with project financials and resource planning, supports travel coordination, and tracks evolving project requirements.
• Maintains centralized project documentation, repositories, and workflows using SharePoint, Confluence and Jira.
